Final conference: invitation

Section: Work and Equal Opportunities

Date: 5. November 2013

The partners of the GUIDE! project cordially invite European guidance practitioners, policy-makers, stakeholders and other  interested parties to take part in the conference that will be held on Tuesday, 5 November 2013 in Berlin (Kronenstraße 6, 10117 Berlin, Germany)

Educational and vocational guidance is becoming more and more an important element of lifelong learning. Individuals have to handle multiple transitions. In these situations guidance plays a decisive role. Adequately trained career guidance practitioners are a prerequisite for a high quality guidance service. The project’s aim was to enrich the debate on continuous professional development of guidance practitioners through the development of teaching and training material in the form of case studies. The development was based on 144 questionnaires filled in by guidance practitioners from Finland, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Ireland and Spain.

To register for the conference please contact Ms Anne Wollenhaupt from our partner GSUB ( by the 28th October 2013. If you require translation please include this in your email and state the language you require. Thank you very much!
