The workshop PROFESSIONAL TRAINING FACTS 2007 focuses this year on »Learning – Comptence – Performance« at the workplace to strengthen the performance of companies and will be held between the 13 - 14th of November 2007 in Stuttgart, Germany.

The conference will be organised by the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering IAO in partnership with the PROLEARN Network Of Excellence in professional learning.

The international industry focussed conference will provide an unique opportunity to showcase and exchange knowledge and insights about professional learning in companies on an international level. The main scope is to give answers how the process of workplace learning can be developed to strengthen companies performance for individuals and teams.

Target groups: Innovative companies, intermediary organizations, providers of solutions in professional learning, (applied) research institutes.
The conference language English and German (in different tracks)
