Project Monitoring

The project included the preliminary examination of a project to rebuild the Shkodra University Library with a view to the creation of a decision-making basis for a fundamental "go / no-go decision" by the possible funding agency (BMaA, Department VII.7 Coordination of the Eastern Funding Programs). The scope of services includes a review of the documents, the discovery of an Austrian building construction expert, the preparation of questionnaires, the organization of a meeting in Albania, the trip to Albania and the organization of the talks, the creation of a technical concept for a minimum solution, a proposal on the most important cornerstones for a specification of services as well as the determination of the further procedure in consultation with the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Department VII.7).
