Monitoring a project in Kosovo

The project was carried out under the auspices of UNMIK. General project direction and specific progress and key findings were reported to and coordinated with the UNMIK PIO of the Kosovo Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and the Regional Education Officer of Mitrovica.

Project activities included:

    1.1 Reorganization and integration of faculties and locations
    1.2 Implementation of Bachelor / Master Studies (Bologna Declaration)
    1.3 Personnel Reform Level I
    1.4 Public communication (Internet platform univkm, information folder, press office)
    1.5 Management Information System Concept Phase
    1.6 Research Priority Program

The project was implemented by the Austrian expert: Dipl.-Ing. Georg Wöber woeber.management.consulting GmbH Erdbergstrasse 41/5, A-1030 Vienna

The ZSI was responsible for the monitoring of this project and over the years has supported, accompanied and implemented numerous projects in Kosovo.
