Juliet Tschank is a social scientist and project manager at the Centre for Social Innovation (ZSI) in Vienna, where she has worked since 2012 and has been part of the Department of Work and Equal Opportunities since 2013. Her work focuses on social inclusion, structural disadvantage and the evaluation of policies and interventions, particularly in the fields of education, skills and labour-market inclusion. Migration and gender are recurring cross-cutting dimensions of this work.
She has extensive experience in managing European and international research and policy projects and in designing and conducting qualitative, quantitative and mixed-methods research, including quasi-experimental and experimental evaluations. Her work combines applied social research and evaluation with project leadership, stakeholder coordination and the development of evidence-informed approaches to social inclusion.
Juliet holds a Master of Arts in International Politics, specialising in International Relations, from the University of Manchester and a BA (Hons) in Journalism and Sociology from the University of Salford.
