Evaluation of the implementation of HORIZON 2020, EUREKA, COSME, EEN and ERA in Austria

The evaluation focused on

1. Relevance, efficiency and effect of the work of FFG, the Austrian Research Promotion Agency, which hosts the Autrian NCP network in view of its advisory and information services with regard to HORIZON 2020 and ERA
2. The EU-Performance Monitoring delivered by FFG
3. The ERA-Observatory Austria

In addition, the evaluation scritinised the services in regard to

• EUREKA
• COSME
• EEN

The evaluation used a multi-methodological approach including document analysis, logic chart analysis, explorative interviews, surveys, analysis of secondary data, cost-benefit-assessment, expert and stakeholder interviews, focus groups, reflection workshops, and Delphi-analysis.
