ZSI was commissioned by the Federal Ministry for Digitization and Business Location with the interim evaluation of the program. A mix of quantitative approaches (statistical analysis of program data, comparison group approach) and qualitative methods is used. The aim of the evaluation is to support further program design and to define suitable impact indicators.
