With nine partner organisations from eight countries, COOPOWER brings together youth, local authorities, civil society, researchers, and employers to co-create practical, locally rooted solutions. Instead of one-size-fits-all models, the project supports flexible approaches that match regional needs.
Through pilot programmes, community-based cooperation incubators, and a transnational dialogue hub, COOPOWER sparks collaboration and builds long-term networks. The goal: empower vulnerable youth, boost local capacities, and help shape a more inclusive and united Danube Region.
