Work and research focus
Martina LINDOREFR is a social scientist and experienced project manager with a research focus on social participation, societal transformation, and the social impacts of technological innovation. Her expertise lies in facilitating multi-stakeholder dialogue processes, conducting qualitative research, and applying an intersectional perspective to the analysis of challenges at the interface of science, technology, and society.
Since 2008, Martina has been working at the Centre for Social Innovation (ZSI), where she is a member of the “Work and Equal Opportunities” unit. She holds a diploma in International Development from the University of Vienna, a certified qualification in Change Management from the University for Continuing Education Krems, and has completed specialized training in Gender, Diversity, and Intersectionality (Gender Werkstatt Graz).
Martina contributes to numerous national and international projects, particularly in the fields of social innovation, work, education, health, and socio-ecological transformation through bioeconomy. She brings extensive methodological expertise in stakeholder engagement, co-creation, and participatory, process-oriented approaches. Her work is dedicated to shaping and supporting transformative processes by integrating insights from organizational development, systemic consulting, and gender and diversity management.
