Short CV:

Mr. Dietmar LAMPERT has a background in computer science and international development studies. He has joined the Centre for Social Innovation (ZSI) in 2007 as researcher to strengthen the team responsible for evaluating CIR-CE, a national Austrian programme designed to support innovation-based co-operation between Austrian industry and partners from Central and Eastern Europe. The evaluation was based on observing developments over time (ongoing; interim, terminal, and ex-post to assess the sustainability) and utilised methods from social network analysis. Since then, Dietmar has been employing a wide range of quantitative and qualitative methods in a number of projects and evaluation endeavours, both on the programme and on the project level. He has been involved in stakeholder consultations since 2009, be it straight-forward citizen consultations or complex multi-year endeavours that employed a variety of foresight methods. His present research interests include foresight, bibliometrics, altmetrics, patent analysis, impact monitoring and evaluation, visualisations and visual data exploration, which led him to co-forming a scientometrics team at ZSI.
