The management team is responsible for the strategic and operational direction of ZSI. The Executive Board consists of:

The R&I Policy and Internationalisation Lab is led by Elke Dall. The Transformative
Innovation Lab is headed by Stefan Philipp. The internal Social Innovation Hub is run by
Wolfgang Haider.
