ZSI takes a detailed look at the current gender equality situation at the institute and has analysed existing data in accordance with the categories required by the European Commission and derived targets and measures for the next two years in a Gender Equality Plan.

Gender Equality Plan

The ZSI Ethics Committee examines compliance with the standards for responsible research and innovation and the responsibility of researchers to uphold ethical, legal and safety standards.

ZSI considers The European Code of Conduct for Research Integrity, the European Charta for Researchers and the Code of Ethics of the International Sociological Association (ISA), as well as the RESPECT Code of Practice for Socio-Economic Research.
