Bringing institutions and people together, coordinating them and working on a common cause has a long tradition at ZSI. We act as an honest broker between sometimes divergent interests and even political or economic tensions, applying professional coordination skills and tools, supported by training and capacity development processes. Examples of this are numerous projects in Eastern and Southeast Europe, where, despite some challenges, we manage to deliver results that are accepted and utilised by all partners.
