ZSI was responsible for the monitoring of the project “Implementation of the new University Statute of the University of Prishtina and accompanying framework conditions of the Kosovar University Law”, which was carried out by WOEBER Consulting and included the following components:
- Implementation of the new statute of the UP – establishment of the new University Council, the Rectorate and the governing bodies
- Implementation of the content-related objectives of the new Statute of the UP – Autonomous Gestion and Performance Orientation
- Implementation of the Kosovar University Law
- Introduction of European standards in the Kosovar university system
