The project was carried out under the auspices of UNMIK. General project direction and specific progress and key findings were reported to and coordinated with the UNMIK PIO of the Kosovo Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and the Regional Education Officer of Mitrovica.

The ZSI was responsible for the monitoring of this project and over the years has supported, accompanied and implemented numerous projects in Kosovo.
