This contract is part of the ‘Service Facility in support of the Global Approach in research and Innovation’ (GSF) Framework Contract.
The objective of this project is to complement the conceptual, analytical, organisational, logistical and communication capacity of the European Commission to organise and host the Ministerial Dialogue and policy discussion between the EU and Latin America and the Caribbean, and to ensure a positive and constructive outcome of the Ministerial Dialogue.
