The project involved four work steps:
1. Identification of suitable partner organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina
2. Development of the Terms of Reference in consultation with the identified partner organizations
3. Implementation of the tendering procedure
4. Best bid recommendation
Impact: The system of National Contact Points in BiH was further developed in the following years and the ZSI was able to carry out numerous projects in cooperation with the responsible ministry and various contact persons, for example WBC-INCO.NET or Danube-INCO.NET.
