Erawatch Austria was part of the larger Erawatch project which covered 49 countries in total: 27 EU member states, countries associated with the European Community’s Research Framework Programme, and main trading partners of the EU. It provided information on European, national, and regional research policies, actors, and programmes in the EU and beyond, supported evidence based policy making in Europe, and contributed to the realisation of the European Research Area (ERA).
The Erawatch consortium was led by Technopolis and information was collected and presented with the support of the Erawatch network of national experts. ZSI was responsible to collect, analyse, and report on Austria (as well as Russia and Moldova) – country report and website profile, policy documents, programmes, actors.
