ZSI@ISIRC 2025

ZSI had the opportunity to present work from two Horizon Europe projects – InChildHealth and DATAMITE – at the International Social Innovation Research Conference on 3-5 September 2025 in Calgary/Alberta, Canada.

Elisabeth Unterfrauner and Claudia Fabian provided insights into a citizen science project on measuring indoor air quality with children  as socially innovative practice (InChildHealth), while Daniela Fuchs presented the potential for social sciences and social innovation in relation to data sharing, especially regarding non-monetary impacts (DATAMITE).

Thanks to the organisers of the University of Calgary for a heartwarming welcome and an amazing conference! We really enjoyed the in-depths discussions on the transformative potential and societal role of social innovation!
