Prof. Valentin Pessenko and Prof. Gennady Dratsch stay in Vienna from Dec. 6 – Dec. 14, to work on joint proposals and establish or continue scientific co-operation. The presentation at the ZSI will address in particular social and ethical issues of economic developments in Russia.
