The Centre for Social Innovation (ZSI) is an internationally successful social science institute whose fields of work, organization and activities are described in detail on the website. Tasks:
- Project management and social science work in EU projects
- Collaboration in international and national research, consulting and networking projects
- Project acquisition in a team and independently
- Organization of events, presentation of projects and research results
- Internal communication and communication with project partners
- Publication of scientific results
Requirements:
- Completed studies in the social sciences with at least a diploma or master’s degree
- At least 5 years of professional experience in research, ideally more
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a scientific project manager
- Experience with EU funding programs and calls for proposals
- Sound knowledge and relevant experience in qualitative and quantitative social research
- Expertise in (some of) the following subject areas: social inclusion, social innovation and/or social entrepreneurship, social transformation, change in the world of work
- Negotiation skills and very good writing skills in German and English
- Open-mindedness for applied research, interdisciplinary work and thematic diversity
- Ability to work independently and accurately
- Appreciative communication with external partners and excellent teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel

Working hours: full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours per week)
Minimum gross salary: 4,000.00 gross at 40h/week with (14 times a year) at least five years of creditable work experience; additional payment possible based on actual classification according to creditable previous work experience and assignment group in accordance with the ZSI salary scheme.
