The results of the landscape screening showed which training tools are needed in order to be able to develop some important skills which are responding to the needs of social enterprises and to the formulation of policy recommendations, supporting the development of social enterprises.

- Focus on financial skills and marketing competences, which are least available in social enterprises.
- Social enterprises need to be trained in using evaluation tools, improving the skills of social enterprises to measure social impact and feedback tools, improving their personnel management competences.
