Manfred Spiesberger, senior researcher at the ZSI, finalised his report on EU-Russian cooperation in S&T on behalf of CREST (OMC Working Group “Internationalisation of R&D”). It is one of three basic reports evidencing the actual and future foreign science policy of the EU with important third countries. The two other reports cover India and Brazil. Already in 2007 a comprehensive report about the internationalisation of European Member States has been published by this CREST working group. Klaus Schuch (ZSI) has been contributing to this study which includes also a country report about China.
