Given the actual situation in Ukraine the European Commission is currently reviewing the cooperation framework with Ukraine and it is assessing different options such as the extension of the bilateral S&T agreement, an eventual association to Horizon 2020, as well as dedicated capacity-building programmes. Since the result of this reviewing process is of importance for any strategic discussions at stakeholders level we have been advised by the European Commission to postpone the Policy Stakeholder Forum in Budapest until strategic directions are more precise.
