We either implement social and living labs ourselves or guide and support their development. They serve as innovation centres for experiments and user-centred research. In these labs, we initiate pilot projects, develop prototypes and test new ideas and technologies in real time. We create controlled environments that simulate real-life conditions. Through direct interaction with users, data are collected and solutions are adapted based on feedback and observations. The labs make it possible to explore innovative approaches in various thematic areas, such as sustainable consumption and the bioeconomy. They provide a practical framework for developing and optimising effective solutions.
