Austrian study analyses transformation to Open Access in science

In the context of the preparations for an Austrian national ERA Action Plan, the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Science, and Research commissioned a study on the current situation in Austria (and also in the EU and internationally) with regard to the transformation towards Open Access in science. The study was carried out by the Centre for Social Innovation (ZSI) and is now available for download (in German only).
