ResInfra@DR - 1st Research Infrastructure Experts Training ongoing

More than 30 participants joined the training in Sofia from 13-16 February 2018

Five experts acting as trainers and 31 participants started the first ResInfra@DR training in Sofia which is hosted by project partner ARC Fund. Participants come from 11 countries including Bulgaria, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Montengro, Moldova, Romania, Serbia and Ukraine.

With the training attendance of core stakeholders - policy makers and agencies, hosts of research infrastructures as the universities, academies, sectoral agencies, etc -  this first training provides in-depth knowledge and enables the proactive exchange of actors accross the Danube Region. The focus of the training lies on preparatory processes and establishment of research infrastructures and the monitoring of exisiting RIs, furthermore, the long term durability and socioeconomic impact:

Tuesday 13th & Wednesday 14th: Background and preparation issues *** Thursday 15th: Operation, Managing and Monitoring +++ Socio-economic Impact*** Friday 16th: Longterm durability of research infrastructure
