ZSI has launched a survey monitoring the STI cooperation between Brazil and EU!

15. Jun. 2016

We are pleased to announce that the INCOBRA SURVEY has been officially launched!

INCOBRA – Increasing Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) International Cooperation between Brazil (BR) and the European Union (EU) is a European Union Horizon 2020 project aiming to increase, enhance and focus Research and Innovation (R&I) cooperation between Brazil (BR) and Europe (EU).

ZSI is mainly responsible for the monitoring analysis of the cooperation patterns applied to BR and EU R&I actors.

Within our responsibility for the monitoring, we have developed a survey targeting organisations that had submitted proposals within the Brazilian national or regional programmes supporting Science, Technology and Innovation activities between 2007-2016.

The purpose of this survey is twofold:

  1. To identify barriers and difficulties that hinder more active participation by these organisations in the Horizon 2020 programme of the European Union (EU); and
  2. To explore the incentives and motivations that could potentially increase the participation of these organisations in the aforementioned programme.

The survey is only available in Brazilian Portuguese. Please find below the link:

The results will be published soon.
