The contract implements a set of thematic workshops and stock-taking events as well as communication activities.
The objective of the services provided is to support DG-RTD in the implementation of the Global Approach and more precise in follow-up measures to the multilateral dialogue between the European Commission, Member States, Associated and Third Countries as well as different international and European stakeholders.
In cooperation with the ERA Forum standing sub-group for the Global Approach, the Commission launched this multilateral dialogue on 8 July 2022. Building on this, a series of virtual/ hybrid “thematic workshops” are foreseen, to sustain and progress on the multilateral dialogue with EU MS, ACs, third countries representatives and stakeholder organisations. Interim, stocktaking meetings, should take place after a series of 3 to 4 thematic workshops.
ZSI supports workshops with services related to moderation, drafting of notes and reports, management of knowledge-building in preparation, editing, etc.
