A peer review of the Moldovan Research and Innovation (R&I) System was implemented under the EU’s Horizon 2020 Policy Support Facility (PSF) in the period of October 2015 to March 2016. A group of international experts performed the review. ZSI collaborator Manfred Spiesberger was a member of this expert group and co-rapporteur of the review report. Peer reviews of national R&I systems are in-depth assessments of a country’s R&I system leading to concrete recommendations to the national authorities on reforms necessary to strengthen their R&I system.
