This year ICT 2010, Europe's most important forum for ICT research and innovation, will be held in Brussels and is partially overlapping with EC-TEL 2010 event in Barcelona.
The Centre for Social Innovation (ZSI) wants to connect both events by a virtual conference system and invite an interested audience and experts from all over the world who cannot be present at either events to participate instead remotely.

The exhibition stand at the ICT 2010 in Brussels will present a broad range of research and development projects in the field of Technology-Enhanced Learning (TEL). A specific focus will be placed on social innovations in TEL including participatory design, inclusive learning society, and responsive open learning environments.

At the same time many experts are present at the EC-TEL2010, the main European conference in the interdisciplinary field of TEL.
All visitors of the ICT 2010 in Brussels, who are interested in latest TEL topics, will get a chance to participate actively in remote discussions with researchers at the EC-TEL2010. Additionally, making use of latest virtual conferencing technologies, connections will be established with TEL experts all over the globe and visitors may be emerged into innovative and socially relevant learning projects in Africa, Asia, Australia or Latin America.
