The new isues of the scientific journal "Foresight, Vo. 5, No 3 (2011)" contains - among other articles - a paper on 'S&T Cooperation between the EU and Ukraine: Benefits and Barriers', authored by M. LeGohebel, D. Pecarz, K. Handler and K. Schuch (all ZSI).
The journal, which is published in Russian language, continuously looks for scientific contributions. The journal is edited by Prof. Leonid Gokhberg, first vice-rector of the Moscow based High School for Economics. The editiorial council is made up of distinguished experts, among them Jean Guinet (former OECD, now HSE), Michael Keenan (OECD), Alexander Khlunov (Government of the Russian Federation), Ian Miles (Manchester University and HSE), Ozcan Saritas (Manchester University), Ricardo Seidl da Fonseca (UNIDO), Glenn E. Schweither (US National Academy of Sciences) and some more.
