Chosen pilot project proposals will offer innovative answers to current research and technical obstacles in pursuit of the Food 2030 initiative, which is the EU’s research and innovation policy aimed at establishing more sustainable food systems by 2030. These priorities encompass supporting food systems that promote a healthy planet, ensuring sustainable and nutritious diets, emphasizing circularity and efficient resource utilization, and fostering innovation while empowering communities.
The Open Call will specifically target three primary domains (Personalized food and nutrition, sustainable food systems, shopping experiences), in addition to one open challenge.
