Foresight and STI Governance

New Journal on "Foresight and STI Governance" has been published

The National Research University - Higher School of Economics, Moscow, has modernised its scientific journal in several aspects. It is based on "Foresight Russia", which has now been transformed into "Foresight and STI Governance". The mission of the journal is to support the creation of Foresight culture through dissemination of the best national and international practices of future-oriented innovation development. It also provides a framework for discussing S&T trends and policies. 

The editor in chief is Prof. Leonid Gokhberg. The Editiorial Council includes several high-profile researchers such as Elias Carayannis, George Washington University, Mario Cervantes, OECD, Charles Edquist, Lund University, to name just a few. Two members in the Editiorial Council are from Austria: Wolfgang Polt (Joanneum Research) and Klaus Schuch (ZSI).

The journal is indexed in SCOPUS, EBSCO, eLIBRARY.RU, SSRN, CyberLeninka, ProQuest, Open J-Gate and Academic OneFile

The Journal’s rankings in the Russian Science Citation Index  (impact factor for 2014):
