Short CV:
Isabella E. Wagner is researcher and project manager and coordinator at the Department of Research Policy and Development at the Centre for Social Innovation (ZSI), Vienna. With her experience and expertise combining qualitative and quantitative research methods she is part of ZSI's team for research and innovation policy and programme evaluation. She joined the ZSI team in 2011 with her experience in librarianship and expertise in quantitative methods to help establishing the team for bibliometrics and scientometrics at ZSI. With her degrees in media management (Mag) and science and technology studies (MA) at ZSI she specialised on managing strategic communication and dissemination in projects on international science collaboration with regional focus on Canada and Sub-Saharan Africa. She managed the Work Area for Communication for DG RTD's Service Facility in Support of the Strategic Development of International Cooperation in Research and Innovation. Before joining ZSI she gained experience in marketing, public relations and promotion, event management, trainings and change management in international organisations and international research projects.
