Centre for Social Innovation is cooperating in projects of bilateral cooperation with Canada as well as the United States of America (e.g. ERA-CAN+ and BILAT USA 4.0 projects), both key cooperation partners of the European Union and Austria. The projects are continued in the International Service Facility of the European Commission, in particular the ISF Task Force for cooperation with Canada.

In a rapidly evolving global context, enhancing cooperation between the European Union and its international partners will contribute to Europe's research excellence and economic competitiveness. Improved international cooperation will also support the Union’s external relations and help Europe tackle societal challenges which are increasingly global in nature.
