Arbeits- und Forschungsschwerpunkte:
Stela has joined ZSI in 2023 with a main role in the PRO-Ethics Project, in which she is engaged in research analysis, dissemination and management activities. Before joining ZSI she has been working as a researcher and manager of several EU projects in similar Austrian organisations, conceptualising research and innovation activities in different domains, with the aim to engage different types of stakeholders, create communities of practice, co-create user-centered innovations, accelerate their uptake, and provide tailored policy recommendations for relevant stakeholders facing different challenges throughout the innovation cycle. Stela has an interdisciplinary academic background in Political Science, Diplomacy, Law and Global Studies attained at the University of Vienna, and a multidisciplinary skillset as a researcher, creative, manager and consultant thanks to previous experiences in international organisations and the private sector.
